Instructions to Download and Install Browser Control

General

An alternative to making the WebEQ class files available for download from Web server is to have users install the class files locally in their browsers. Once the installation is complete, a user's Web browser can access the local copy of the WebEQ Control class files whenever it encounters a Web page using one of the WebEQ Controls instead of downloading the files.
Known Limitations

Once Browser Control has been installed , every time the page access the applet it might display "Warning security" dialog box. This is just for user to know that applet is running locally. This can be solved by: clicking the 'Always' button. Once 'Always' button has been pressed, the dialog box will not get displayed again. (Interent Explorer 5.x/6.x) marking the check box "Remember this decision" and clicking "Grant" button. (Netscape 4.x) In Internet Explorer ActiveX setting might not let a user run the Browser Control auto installation. In this case please consider downloading manually. Or you can add the site to the trusted site list and lower the security level to low. In Netscape Navigator 4.x sometimes you might get a security validation failure message. In this case please consider downloading manually.
